Born Sept. 24, 1929, in Beckley, W.Va., he was the son of the late Cabell and Mary (French) Agee.
He was a graduate of Beckley High School, Beckley, and the Catholic University, Washington, D.C. He was a VIP trip planner for United Airlines, Washington, D.C., until his retirement in 1974.
Surviving are one nephew, Wiley C. Agee, Lenexa, Kan.; and two nieces, Susan Salazar and Mia Agee, both of Lenexa.
At his request, his body was cremated. There will be no viewing or service. A private inurnment service will be held at a later date.
It is requested that memorials take the form of contributions to the Southern Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 378, Oakland, MD 21550; the Garrett County Humane Society, c/o Ellen Green, treasurer, 1124 Mary Drive, Oakland, MD 21550; or the Ruth Enlow Library, N. Second St., Oakland, MD 21550.
