Bessie L. Allen, age 89, of Moundsville, W.Va., died Feb. 12, 1988. She was a member of the Antioch Christian Church at Proctor, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her husband, Webster, in 1986. Surviving are two brothers: Thomas Smith of Wheeling, W.Va., and Curtis Smith of Fort Myers, Fla.; three sisters, Mrs. Fred (Nancy) Adams of Middlebourne, W.Va.; Ada Finnicum of New Martinsville, W.Va.; and Mrs. Chester (Susie) Stansberry of Moundsville. Burial was made in the Greenlawn Memorial Park in New Martinsville.
