Cecelia(Abbott)Moore was a twin to Delia(Dugan)Moore b.1890. Mother was Ida(Moore)Wigal(a twin to John Mason Wigal). Cecilia's father was William Garrett Moore. Cecelia was also the mother of Mary and Cary, twin daughters. Cecelia married William Abbott 30 March 1910. Also Mother of Helen, Thomas, Lloyd, Daniel, Ruth, and Denver Abbott. She cared for her Uncle Daniel Wigal for the last 10 years of his life and his land on Pine Run Wood co. Wv. passed to her. Abbotts still own it.
