American Writer and Producer. He was an Emmy Award-winning writer who won for the 1982 mini-series, A Woman Called Golda, which starred Ingrid Bergman. He started writing for radio in New York during the 1950s, then moved to television and wrote for such shows as Armstrong Circle Theater, U.S. Steel Hour' and The Defenders. In the mid 1960s, he relocated to Los Angeles to write for popular TV shows such as Dr. Kildare, Ben Casey, I Spy, Judd for the Defense, Cannon, The Untouchables and Felony Squad. As a producer, he worked on Guilty or Innocent. The Sam Sheppard Murder Case and The Jesse Owens Story among many others.
