President of Cambodia. His Presidency of Combodia was during the Vietnam war. He was a Cambodian General, Defense Minister of the Army and Premier from 1966-1967. He was over thrown by Pol Pot and was forced to exile in 1975. He settled in Hawaii until 1979, then moved to Southern California.
