Bluegrass Musician. Along with his brother Ralph, made up the well-known bluegrass group "the Stanley Brothers". From 1949 to 1952, the brothers recorded for Columbia Records. In the 1950s to mid 1960s, the Stanley Brothers played at concerts all over the country and even overseas.
