Death: May 28, 2005

Longtime Detroit Free Press entertainment reporter. Wrote a column for the Detroit Free Press from the 1960's until 1993. She was known for an endearing, non-confrontational style which allowed her to become friends with many of the celebrities she coverd. Eder was a regular on both television and radio, including entertainment segments on Detroit's WJBK-TV2, WXYZ Channel 7 and WJR-AM radio. Cause of death - Alzheimer's Disease (bio by: John Sheets)
