Legendary football coach of the University Of California 1916-1926. His wonder teams compilied a 44-0-2 record from 1920-1924 twice winning the national championship. He died suddenly after the 1925 season. His ashes were scattered on the field at Memorial Stadium, by his last beloved Golden Bear team. In 1952, he was inducted into the College Football Hall Of Fame.
