Major League Baseball Player. A catcher for three teams in seven seasons in the majors, he played with the Cleveland Naps (1909 to 1912), Chicago White Sox (1912 to 1913), and Kansas City Packers (1914 to 1915). In 2,020 plate appearances he batted a stout .300 with 261 runs batted in. Easterly batted over .300 in four seasons. He led the American League with 11 pinch hits in 1912. In his 1914 season in the Federal League, he was third in the batting race with a .335 average.
