Courtney Renee Lovell, 22, of Gillsville passed away and went to be with her Lord on Friday November 5, 2010 from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Funeral services will be held Monday November 8, 2010 at 2:00pm at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Brian Malcom, Rev. Tony Goss, and Rev. Chris Webb officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday November 6, 2010 and Sunday November 7, 2010 from 6pm-9pm at the funeral home.

Miss Lovell was born February 23, 1988 to Hoyt and Peggy Lovell. She graduated from East Hall High School in 2006, where she was a member of The Auxiliary Marching Band and the Cheerleading Squad. She graduated and is still attending Gainesville State College. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church where she was a member of the Choir. She will be greatly missed by her church family, friends, and relatives. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Ed Lovell and grandfather and grandmother J.L. and Frances White.

Miss Lovell is survived by her parents Hoyt and Peggy Lovell of Gillsville, sister Misty Fox of Gainesville, sister and brother-in-law Amanda and Moe Sanchez of Lula, brother and sister-in-law Michael and Dawn Holtzclaw of Gainesville, boyfriend Cory Tucker of Gainesville, grandmother Bonnie Lovell of Gainesville, nephews Logan Fox, Ryan Holtzclaw, Austin Holtzclaw, and Jasper Holtzclaw, and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
