In 1948, the Duquette family moved to the local area. She was a devoted wife and mother, and loved to quilt in her spare time.
Survivors include four daughters, Dolores Rioux of Monmouth, Carmelle Lagasse of Lewiston, Monique Landry and husband Bert of Hartford, and Perette Lamontagne and husband Robert of Minot, a son, Jean Duquette and wife Gloria of Eustis, a sister, Florianne Deschene of Lisbon, twenty four grandchildren, and many great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
