Alex Abbott, 74, retired farmer, died Thursday at his home, 3607 Frank. Native of Alabama and Texas resident for forty years. Operated a farm near Ennis, Ellis County, before coming to Dallas 12 years ago. His six surviving sons will serve as pallbearers. Burial in Oakland Cemetery.
