ABERNETHY – At Forest Grove, OR., March 2, Sarah F. Abernethy, aged 87 years, mother of Mrs. Anna M. Starr of Monroe, Wash.; Mrs. Caroline Burgess of Seattle, Wash.; William G. Abernethy of Tacoma, Wash.; Edwin P. S. Abernethy of Dora, Or.; Mrs. Violet A. Swanton of Eugene, Or.; Mrs. Sarah F. Hahn of Charlottesville, Va.; Mrs. Pearl D. Miller of Coquille, Or.; Mrs. Frances M. Hahn of Multnomah, Or.; Miss Camilla D. Abernethy of Forest Grove, Or.; Mrs. Mizpah I. Waterman of Portland; sister of Mrs. Caroline A. Kamm of Portland. Mrs. Abernethy is survived by 30 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 4, at 11:30 a.m. at Finley’s Chapel, Montgomery at 5th. Friends invited. Commitment Riverview cemetery.
