Mrs. Alice B. (Pahssen) Acker passed away Saturday, September 6, 1986, at Saginaw General Hospital. Age 70 years. Alice B. Kirkey was born Nov. 23, 1915 in Ryan, MI. She was married to John Pahssen. He predeceased her in 1956. She was a member of the Catholic faith. Mrs. Acker was a member of American Legion Post #439 Auxiliary. Survivng are one son and daughter-in-law, Ronald and Marianne Pahssen, James Township; three stepsons and two step-daughters, Dale A. Pahssen, Saginaw; Richard A. Pahssen, CA; Joanne Holland, Saginaw; Larry Acker, Swartz Creek; Donna LaFrance, Edmore; two granddaughters, Kirsen Lynn and Stacey Marie Pahssen, James Township; twenty-one-step-grandchildren; several step-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and grandnieces and grandnephews. A step-daughter and a stepson, Colleen Clayton and Robert J. Pahssen, predeceased her.
Funeral service will take place 11:00 a.m. Tues., Sept 9, at the W.L. Case & Company Funeral Directors, 201 N. Miller Rd. Rev. James Gavit will officiate with burial in St. Andrew Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel, on Miller Rd., from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. on Sunday and Monday.
