Annie and William Ackerman's daughter RAYNETA VIOLA ACKERMAN was born October 19, 1909 in Nevada. Rayneta married Charles August Wedesweiler (1903-1985) on July 26, 1927 in Orange County, CA. Rayneta and Charles had three children: Leila Gwyn Wedesweiler (b. 1927), Charles August Wedeweiler (1929-1984), and Joseph Henry Wedesweiler (1931-1996).
Rayneta married her second husband, Earl Herschel Nelson (1908-1975), sometime after the 1940 census. It looks from the records as if Rayneta and Earl had three daughters.
Rayneta Viola Nelson died on March 9, 1968. Her residence at time of death was El Cerrito, CA.

"Gold Hill Native Dies in Alhambra"
"Virginia City, Dec. 17--(Special)--Word has been received in this city announced the death at Alhambra, CA yesterday of Mrs. William P. Akerman, formerly Miss Annie Walsh of Gold Hill, who passed away after a brief illness. She was a native of Gold Hill, about forty-eight years of age, but had made her home in California for many years. For several years Mrs. Akerman resided at Tonopah and was a member of the Rebekah Lodge and Pythian Sisters there. Besides her husband, she leaves a daughter, a sister Mrs. Wheeler Bayles of Oakland, two brothers Stephen and William Walsh of this city. She was the niece of Lee J. Ketton and Mrs. T. A. Washburn."
