Albert Mack Acklin Jr. (Junior) of Batesville died Fiday, April 28, 2017. He was born May 30, 1966 at Batesville, Arkansas to Albert Mack Acklin Sr. and Murle (Reynolds) Acklin. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Mack Acklin Sr.; sister, Patricia Acklin; grandson, Douglas Acklin Jr. and great nephew, Brayden Moses.

Survivors include his mother and step-father, Ray and Murle Thompson of Cave City; son, Douglas Wayne Acklin of Cave City; sisters, Gail Moses of Birdtown and Teresa Lovell of Clinton; grandchildren, Nicholas Acklin, Mia Acklin, Gracie Acklin and Bella Acklin; and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Monday, May 1, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at the Qualls Funeral Home Chapel in Cave City with Ira Brokaw and Gene Reynolds officiating. Burial will follow in the Barnes Cemetery located at Batesville.
