Barbara Lee Adair was born July 16, 1925. She passed away April 30, 2011. She is survived by her son James Adair and son-inlaw Bill Stears; grandsons: Jason and Todd Adair, Trevor and Collin Stears; great-granddaughters: Emery and Lainey Adair; sisters: Sooki Mattison and Micki Clift; brothers: Dick and Pete Whitlock. She was preceded by her husband James Adair; daughter C.J. Stears; sisters: Salley Whitlock and Jean Strasburg; brothers: Carroll and Cliff Whit- lock; mother Daisy Whitlock and father Thomas Whitlock. She will be remembered for her bridge playing, volunteer work at the Salvation Army, activity at First Christian Church, chocolate, homemade ice cream, pride in her home and garden, and most of all, her love for her grandsons. Service: 2PM, Tuesday, May 3, 2011, at First Christian Church; interment: Floral Haven Memorial Gardens.
