ADAMS, Frederic (b. 1840 New Hampshire; d. 1923 – Garden of Legends (#257)
Father of Constance Adams (wife of Cecil B. DeMille). A graduate of Yale University, Frederic practiced law in New Jersey from 1868 to 1897 when he was nominated by Governor Griggs to serve as a judge for the state court of errors and appeals. Adams is buried next to his wife Ella and daughter Nancy.
