Ada was a daughter of Abraham Michael Frantz (1859–1942) and Lovey Alice Puckett (1858–1936). She married Tony 6 Sept 1911 in Greenbrier County WV.

Ada Frantz Adams, age 102 of Penhook, died on Sunday, March 15, 1992. She was the widow of the late Tony G. Adams, and was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara DelPapa.

Surviving are five daughters, Evelyn Arsenault, Knoxville, Tenn.; Adeen Selden, Penhook; Rebecca Dinner, Roanoke; Polly Kahle, Christiansburg; Josephine Adams, Hampton; three sons, Sneed Adams, Bedford; Frantz Adams, Rocky Mount; Retired Lt. Col. Paul Adams, Hampton; nineteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grandchildren; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. Ina Frantz, Forest Grove, Ore.

Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, March 17, at 2:00 p.m. in Flora Chapel by the Rev. Jimmy Robinson. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Monday at Flora Funeral Service. The family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren, Route 2, Penhook, Va.
