SHREVEPORT, LA- Charles Willis Adcock, Sr. passed away Monday, October 12, 2009. Funeral services will be at Agape Funeral Home at 11am Thursday, Oct. 15, 2009 with Rev. Joey Ketchum and Rev. John Hawthorne officiating. Burial will be at Munnerlyn Chapel Cemetery in Mira, LA. Visitation will be Wednesday, Oct. 14, 2009 at 6pm.
He was preceded in death by daughters; Tracy and Angie Adcock; son, Charles Willis Adcock, Jr.; parents, Frank and Madie Adcock; and brother, Luther.
Survivors include his wife, Lynda Adcock; daughters, Lori Jinkins, Lisa Bush and husband Antonio and Jamie Abbott; son, Mark Adcock; brother, Kenneth Adcock and wife Retha; sisters, Frankie Robertson, Sybil Willis and Patsy Cannon and husband Eartis; grandchildren, Kaci, Cody, Richie Hefner, Sara Bush, Sidney Abbott and Sean Adcock.
He was a retired truck driver and loved to play the guitar. He will be greatly missed. To God be the glory. Agape Funeral Home
