Charlotte Adcock, a member of Rayville First Baptist Church and lifelong resident of Richland Parish, passed away Wednesday, June 6, 2012 in Monroe, LA. She was a retired Medical Records Clerk for Richardson Medical Center Rayville, LA,
She is survived by her parents Lawrence and Billie Medlin of Rayville, LA; sons, Joseph L. Forman of Rayville, LA; Clinton Adcock of Longview, TX; and Clark Adcock of Rayville, LA, as well as several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Adcock, Mark Bennett, Steve Adcock, Mitch Adcock,
Gordon Sorey and Charlie Thomason.
Visitation will be from 12 noon until service time Friday at the funeral home
