Agee, also affectionately known as "Field" and who would have celebrated his 68th birthday Thursday, was a native of Chickasaw and a resident of Mobile.
Survivors include two sons, Phillip Bernard Agee of Sacramento, Calif. , and Terence Michael Agee of Los Angeles; one daughter, Constance Marie Agee of North Highlands, Calif.; two sisters, Lorene Butler and Clarissa Agee McDuffie; and three brothers, Marshall Agee III, Levert Agee and Ceaser Agee, all of Mobile; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be today from 9 a.m. until the 11 a.m. service at Small's Mortuary on South Broad Street. Burial will be in Whispering Pines Cemetery.
