VIRGINIA BEACH - Carolyn Ahern, 46, of 537 Rose Marie Ave., a native of Frankfort, Ky., and the wife of Maurice Ahern, died Thursday in a hospital. She was the daughter of Agnes J. Fultz of Louisville, Ky.
She was a member of St. Gregory's Catholic Church.
Other survivors include a daughter, Leigh Ann Ahern of Virginia Beach; two sons, Gary Michael Ahern of Atlanta and Brennan Ahern of Virginia Beach; a brother, Richard Johnson of Louisville; and a grandchild.
The Funeral Mass will be said at 9:30 a.m. Monday in St. Gregory's Catholic Church, with burial in Rosewood Memorial Park. A prayer service will be held at 3 p.m. today. The family will be at Kellum Funeral Home from 7 to 9 p.m. today.
