Mr. Ailes died Saturday, May 15, in McCuistion Medical Center. He was born Jan. 24, 1892, in Upshur County, a son of Henry and Dora Nusom Ailies.
He married Bessie Byas on Dec 10, 1910, in Paris. She died July 17, 1978.
Surviving are three sons, Grady Ailes of Rt. 4, Paris, J. L. Ailes of Rt. 3, Paris and Billy J Ailes of Sulphur Springs; one daughter, Lucille Daugherty of Paris; seven grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
