Funeral service for Betty Mae Adams was August 31, 2014 at Grace Community Church with Pastor Trent Morgan and Pastor Mickey Davis officiating. Special memories were shared by Cassidy Wood and Jody McQueary. Arrangements were under the direction of Wilson Mortuary, Salem.

Music was provided by Dennis Skiles, Mickey Davis, Adam Wood, Cassidy Wood, Sydney Wood, Shea Wood and Daniel Tidmore.
Interment was in the Cedar Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers were grandsons, Jordan Davis, Brady Adams, Ben Adams, Adam Wood, Derric Lough and Caleb McQueary.

Mrs. Adams was born September 1, 1935 in Brushy to Ira and Edith Akers. She married Junior Adams March 29, 1958. Mrs. Adams died August 28, 2014 in Salem at the age of 78 years.

Survivors include her husband, Junior Adams, Salem; children, Chip Adams and wife, Missi, Salem; and Sally Wood and husband, Shea, Salem; son-in-law, Mickey Davis, Salem; grandchildren, Jody McQueary and husband, Caleb; Jordan Davis; Adam Wood; Cassidy Wood; Sydney Wood; Brady Adams and wife, Micah; Ben Adams; Brooke Adams; Derric Lough and wife, Jess; Kirsten Davis and Bailey Stephens; and seven great-grandchildren.
Preceding her in death were her parents; infant brother, Carl Edward; and her daughter, Tammy Davis.

Mrs. Adams was a member of Grace Community Church.
