Ethel Alas, resident of Pacifica, beloved mother, grandmother, wife, sister and friend, passed away peacefully on March 23. She was embraced by her Heavenly Father, surrounded by the love and tears of her husband, daughter, sons and grandson. Born Ethel Amelia Holey in Newark, NJ on August 14, 1946 to Ernest and Ethel Holey, she moved to SF with her family at a young age, married her childhood sweetheart and had three children. She is survived by her husband, Mario, brother, Robert, children: Tony, Vince and Kim, four grandsons and one granddaughter. Memorial Service will be at St. Peter's Church in Pacifica on March 30 at 11am with a reception to follow.
