Norfolk - Edria Mae Albee, 92, passed away on March 15, 2017.

Born in South Carolina, she was the daughter of the late Garnett and Bertha Kitchings. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald H. Albee; two sisters, Louise Harmon and Norma McMillan and a brother, Edward Kitchings.

Left to cherish her memory: two daughters, Sandra Albee and Brenda Stroud (Frank); a son, Donald J. Albee; two grandchildren, Brittany Witcher (Matt) and Natalie Stroud; two great-grandchildren, Mason and Harper.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to the Ballentine staff for their compassion in the care of our mother.

The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, March 17, 2017, at Azalea Baptist Church by Rev. Brian Barnes. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery. Arrangements are by Hollomon-Brown, Tidewater Dr. Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Azalea Baptist Church.
