Charlotte A"Charlie" Isbell, age 75 of Birmingham, AL passed away February 14, 2012.
Charlotte was a warm and generous person. Though lost without her husband of 54 years, Bobby Isbell, Charlotte persevered through difficult times. Her daughter, Martha Noble is happy that her parents were reunited on Valentines day.
