Aaron Granville Aldrich , 84, of Snake Hill Road, an employee of Greenville Finishing Co. for 51 years before retiring as packing room supervisor in 1962, died yesterday at Roger Williams General Hospital.
He was the husband of Bertha W. (Williams) Aldrich.
Born in Lincoln, he was a son of the late Charles R. and Maude (Phillips) Aldrich =.
Mr. Aldrich was a seventh-degree granger and a member of Laurel Grange 40, Harmony; the Providence County Pomona and the National Grangers. He was a member of the Glocester Seniors Association and served as a Republican on the Town Council in the 1940s and 1950s.
Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, six daughters, 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
