February 12, 1932, LOCALS – The many friends here of Major Albert I. Alexander, now stationed in Manila, deeply sympathize with him and his family in the loss of his son Lt. Albert I. Alexander, who was burned to death when the plane he was piloting crashed from a low altitude at Chanute Field at Rantoul, Illinois. Interment will be in Arlington National Cemetery.
