A.F. (Frank) Allee, prominent citizen and long time Western Oklahoma rancher passed away at a local hospital here at 10 a.m. today [sic].
Mr. Allee was born December 28, 1872 in Denton county, Texas and moved to Elk City in 1898 where he settled in the south end of town. He sold this property to the townsite, later settling in Kiowa county.
His wife, Nora Lucas Allee, preceded him in death in 1931 and a son, Fayette Allee, died in 1944.
He is survived by one son, Bobbie Allee of the home address and one daughter, Mrs. Ocie Bailey, Strong City and six grandchildren. One brother, Joe Allee of Elk City, and a sister, Mrs. Mary Lucas of Irving, Tex. also survive him.
