She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Kirk and Minnie Scott.
Cathy has left behind the following loved ones;
her husband, Michael E. Allen;
her daughter, Sarah L. Allen;
granddaughter, Caitlyn;
her parents, Gene and Evelyn Withers;
sisters, Donna (Randy) Shiverdecker and Gena DeLong;
mother-in-law, Shirley Allen;
brothers-in-law, Roger (Julia) Allen and Timothy G. Allen;
sister-in-law, Sherry Allen;
numerous nieces, nephews, and family members.
Cathy was a graduate of Belmont High School, Class of 1977. She worked for Merrie Time Preschool for 19 years and loved each of her kids.
Funeral service at the Spaulding Road Church of God, 1658 Spaulding Road with Pastors Jerry Siler and Larry Thomas officiating. Interment in Woodland Cemetery.
