Mrs. Christine Feazell Allen, 80, died Monday, Sept. 30, 2002 at Wesley Long Nursing &Rehab Center.
A graveside service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, 2002 at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Mrs. Allen was a native of Henry County, Va. but had lived in Greensboro since 1958. She was a retired employee of Lorillard Tobacco Company, retiring in 1984 with 25 years of service. She was also of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her children, Gail Keener of Greensboro, Arnold Allen of Ruffin, Clyde Allen of Statesville and Ronald "Rocky" Allen of Charlotte; sisters, Violet Anderson of Richmond, Va., Jewel Crystal of Collinsville, Va. and Mabel Bowling of Rocky Mount, Va.; 11 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband, Calvin "C.C" Allen who passed away in 1995.
