Albert died in his home located at 133 Browertown Road at 1 p.m. on March 30, 1963. He was the son of Alexander Allen from Scotland and Mary DeGraw Allen from Little Falls, NJ. He is survived by a sister, Ruth Allen Sullivan Sands of Irvington, NJ, a niece, Eileen (Ruth)Sullivan Schrader and a nephew, Michael S. Sullivan also of Irvington.

Also surviving are his wife, Frances Shire Allen and a daughter, Doris Irene Allen, a school teacher in New York.
A number of cousins, Aunts and uncles also from Little Falls, NJ have survived Allen.

Allen was a sales represenative and worked in advertising.

He was buried by the Parker Funeral Home of Little Falls, NJ on April 3, 1963.
