Mrs. David Allen, aged 35 years, who died at her home five miles north of Axton from the effects of pneumonia and influenza, was interred in the Compton burial grounds near Leatherwood last Saturday.
Mrs. Allen is survived by a husband and one son, Marion Allen; 5 brothers and 3 sisters, Messrs. B(uchanan). H., G. C., S. C., R. H. and W(illim). R(iley). Compton, and Mesdames W. T. Rogers, Ferdinand Gravely, and Charles Watkins, all of Henry County.
