ALEXANDER, Doris Allen, of Roanoke, died Friday, November 4, 1994. She was the daughter of Mary E. Brown Allen and Roscoe Miller Allen. She was a member of the Mary McKendree Circle of Huntington Court United Methodist Church, a member of the BPOE Lodge #197 Auxiliary, a Red Cross Volunteer, manager of the Roanoke Postal Employees Federal Credit Union for 10 years, a volunteer for the Roanoke City Social Services, and an arbitrator for the Roanoke Better Business Bureau. She is survived by her husband, Marshall Huffman Alexander; two sons, Daniel Gary Alexander, Gregg Allen Alexander, MD; her daughter-in-law, Barbara Allen Alexander; and her niece, Betty Jane Alexander Swecker; and a host of many other relatives and other loyal friends.
