Funeral services for Alessandra Danielle Alonso, 3, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Monday, July 17, 2006 at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church with Father David Cruz officiating and Deacon Joe Morin assisting. Rosary will be 7 p.m. tonight at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Burial will be at the City of Lubbock Cemetery under the direction of Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

She died on Thursday, July 13, 2006.

She was born on May 21, 2003 in Lubbock. Alessandra attended A New World Christian Learning Center where she was loved by all her friends. She knew her pledge of allegiance and could count in both English and Spanish. She was the highlight of her family. She will be missed deeply by all who knew her.

Survivors include: her parents, Adelaida Alonso and Robert Cansino; a sister, Gabrielle; grandparents, Jose M. and Olivia Alonso; great-grandpar-ents, Juan and Vicenta Flores and Pedro and Adelaida Alonso; uncles, Fabian, John Paul, and Jose Jr.; and aunts, Priscilla, Angie and Krystle; and cousins, Angelita, Anastacia, Fabian Jr., Ariel, Jazmin, Xena and Ruben. The family suggests memorials to A New World Christian Learning Center.
