A former resident o f Oakland, Mrs. Steinsapir was the retired assistant supervisor for the U.S. Army Quartermaster outlet in Oakland. She is survived by her husband, Samuel; a daughter, Mrs. Fredric H. Rubel of San Bernardino; a brother, Norman Alper of Ohio; and three grandchildren. Cryptside services will he held at 2 p.m. today at the Home of Eternity Cemetery, Mark B. Shaw in charge. The family suggests memorial contributions to any charity.
