Our heavenly father blessed George Ambrose, Sr. and Luberta Henderson on July
17, 1912 with a loving child named George Ambrose. He departed this life on
May 2, 1992 at the Bolivar County Hospita, in Cleveland Ms. He lived an
enjoyable life and was a loving and caring person. He gave his life to the
Lord at an early age. And in God he married his life long devoted wife,
Earnestine Porter on December 23, 1935. This union was blessed with 8
children. he joined the Wanderer's Home Church in 1936 under the directorship
of Rev. Stafford and remained a faithful member under the leadership of Rev.
Willie Jackson until his departure to be with God.

The family whom he loved so dearlyand who loved him are three sons; Willie
Morris Ambrose who preceeded him in death in 1980, George Ambrose, Jr. of
Chicago, IL., Theodore Ambrose Ambrose of Mound Bayou, MS., Five daughters;
Earlene Jackson of Riviera Beach, FL, Katherine Ambrose of East St. Louis,
Adele Armstead of Chicago, IL; LaCola Courtee of Joiliet, IL; Elma Forest of
Atlanta, GA; twenty-eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, two
daughters-in-law, three sons-in-law, one brother-in-law, three sisters-in-law,
numerous cousins and a host of appreciated friend.
