Babubhai Khushalbhai Amin, 79, of Brunswick died Wednesday at the local hospital.
Mr. Amin, a native of India, was a retired English teacher and social worker.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. today in the chapel of Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Kantaben Amin of Brunswick; two sons, Surendra Amin of Brunswick and Dilibkumar Amin of Philadelphia, Pa.; a daughter, Bakula H. Patel of Detroit, Mich.; a brother, Magganbhai Amin of India; a sister, Shantaben Amin of India; and six grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Tsunami Relief Fund of the American Red Cross.
