Amiel P. Amin Jr., 60, of Okolona, was born March 8, 1944, to the late Amiel P. Sr. and Blanche Morrison Amin in Louisville. He returned to his Heavenly Father on Sunday, May 16, 2004, at Norton Audubon Hospital.
Mr. Amin was a retired employee for Louisville Gas and Electric, a U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam era and a member of the Louisville Street Rods.
He leaves to cherish his memory his beloved wife, three children, two sisters, a brother, three grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
The funeral service for Mr. Amin will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday where family and friends may kindly visit from 2-9 p.m. Tuesday. Interment in Resthaven Memorial Park and Cemetery.
