Mrs. Beatrice Daniel Amory, aged 72, widow of George W. Amory, died suddenly yesterday morning at 10:10 o'clock at the residence of her niece, Mrs. H.J. Whiley, 3231 Lyons avenue. She was the daughter of the late Lafayette and Mrs. Amelia Archer Daniel, and a native of Isle of Wight County, and had been a resident of Norfolk for 65 years. Surviving her are two daughters, Mrs. Jessie L. Heptinstall, of Washington, N.C. and Mrs. Sidney A. Boyette, of Norfolk; five grandchildren, G. Louis Kight, Joshua Kight, William Kight, Marlyn Kight and Arthur Boyette, and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Funeral Chapel of James V. Derry, 1920 Colley avenue, the Rev. L.G. Sturdivant, D.D., pastor of Park Place Methodist Church of which Mrs. Amory was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.

Funeral services will be conducted this afternoon at 3:30 o'clock at the Funeral Chapel of James V. Derry, 1920 Colley avenue, the Rev. L.G. Sturdivant, D.D., pastor of Park Place Methodist Church of which Mrs. Amory was a member, will officiate. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
