She had lived in Paris, Texas, and Cooper, Texas, for the past two years, previously making her home in Greeley, Colorado, and Pueblo, Colorado. Mrs. Ables was a member of the First Baptist Church of Pueblo and a lifetime member of Eastern Star. In her younger years, she was a member of the Cattle Women's Association and was active in the Youth Rodeo Association.She is survived by a daughter, Sandy Beeman of Marietta; and grandchildren, Michael Casey Beeman and T.J. Willis.Mrs. Ables was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L. Ables on July 23, 1991.
