Anne Andras of Ambridge passed away on Tuesday, March 26, 2013, at her residence.

Born in Patton, PA on March 28, 1915, she was a daughter of the late Stephen and Mary Wanchick Gulish Andras. She was a resident of Ambridge for over 60 years, having worked at H.H. Robertson during World War II and then at National Electric, after which she worked as a housekeeper for families in Sewickley. Anne was active in her church, St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church in Ambridge.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Andrew Gulish and Stephen Andras, and her sister, Mary Andras.

She is survived by a sister, Susan Lituin, Carrolltown, PA and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2 to 8 p.m. in the KASPER-HAHN FUNERAL & CREMATION SERVICES INC., 547 Eighth Street, Ambridge, 724-266-2549. On Thursday at 7 p.m. a Panathipa service will be held in the funeral home with a transfer of the body to church on Thursday at 8 p.m. A funeral service will be held Friday at 9 a.m. in St. John the Baptist Orthodox Church, Ambridge, with Rev. Robert J. Prepelka officiating. Interment will follow in Sts. Peter and Paul Greek Catholic Cemetery, Patton, PA.

The family would like to thank the Beaver County Office on Aging, Homemakers of Beaver and Vitas Hospice for making it possible for Aunt Anne to live in her beloved home on 10th Street for the last year.
