James Ansel, 66, died Monday at his home, 162 Center Street, following a lingering illness.
He was the son of the late Charles C. and Julia (Perrin) Ansel.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Sarah (Eisel) Ansel; a sister, Mrs. T. S. Eyerman, Cumberland, and a brother, Frank Ansel, Hagerstown.
The body is at the Hafer Funeral Home where services will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. by Rev. S. Elwood Settle, pastor of First English Baptist Church.
Interment will be in the Frostburg Memorial Park.
