And an obit & Find-a-Grave listing for Emma Rafferty...turns out she married a Elmer Hughes (married him after 1940, since she is listed as 'Emma Hughes' in her younger brother's 1942 military draft registration card). The obit mentions her three children (Dorothy, James, and Beverly), but not others.
