Marshall Stanley Ansel, 94, of Anne Arundel County, died July 18, 2009, of natural causes.
He was born Feb. 18, 1915, in Lycippus, Pa.
He served in the Army during WWII and was a foreman at Westinghouse Electric Corporation for 22 years.
Survived by his wife of 57 years, Esther Ann Ansel; children, George Haydu, Esther Dawson and Gail Gilden; 9 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held July 22 at Faith Community Church, 1306 Riedel Road, Gambrills, MD 21054. Interment follows in Maryland Veteran's Cemetery, Crownsville.
