Abenancio Arguello was born on August 6, 1920 in Chaperito, NM, the son of Cruz and Sabina Arguello. He passed on to heaven on August 20, 2015. He was known to everyone as Mr. Arguello, "Billy the Kid", Uncle and Grandpa. He was the kindest and most wonderful father, grandpa and uncle and had just celebrated this 95 birthday with his family and friends. Everyone he met, he would touch their heart with his amazing personality. He was a rancher and a Corporal in WWII and served as a medic. He returned and married Mary Urioste and they moved to Arizona in 1947. He was a haulage truck driver for Kennecott until he retired after 35 years. He enjoyed hunting, taking the family every weekend fishing and camping and best of all, going to his "Home Sweet Home", the casino.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 51 years, Mary Arguello; infant firstborn son, David; parents; brother, Philidelfio Arguello.

He is survived by: son, Leroy (Bernice) Arguello, their children, Leroy Paul Arguello, Valerie Arguello, Sophia (Kevin) Gonzales, Frankie Bracamonte; son, Robert Arguello, his children, Robert Allen Arguello and Marlaina (Louis) Valenzuela; daughter, Mary Ann (Rudy) Velasco, their sons, Rudy (Tiffany) Velasco and David (Corrinna) Velasco; his beloved great grandchildren: Ashalia & Keira Velasco, Jordan & Alyssa Arguello, Chris & Leslie Arguello, Sharina (Keith) Jordan, Leticia Arguello, Alejandro Arguello, Damien Hernandez, Maritza (Aaron) Kochersperger; great-great grandchildren: Stephen & Seiko Jordan; brother-in-laws: Tony (Martha) Urioste, Charlie (Diane) Urioste; sister-in-laws: Tillie Allen & Jennie Urioste, and many nieces and nephews. God Bless You Grandpa. We Love You and Will Miss You.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 29, 2015 at the Infant Jesus of Prague Catholic Church, Kearny, AZ. viewing at 8:30 am, Rosary at 9:30 am, Mass at 10 am with burial at Mountain View Cemetery, Hayden, AZ with a luncheon to follow at the church hall.
