A. Cornelia (Connee) Armistead, formerly of Glen Mills A. Cornelia (Connee) Armistead, 89, formerly of Glen Mills, Pa., passed peacefully on Sunday, June 7, 2015 at the Sterling Nursing Home, Media, Pa.
She was predeceased by her husband, Richard S.A. Armistead with whom she shared over 50 years of marriage.
She leaves behind two sons, Dexter K. Armistead and Randall P. Armistead, both of Glen Mills, Pa.
The family will receive visitors on Saturday, June 13 from 9 to 10 a.m. at St. John's Episcopal Church, 576 Concord Road, Glen Mills, Pa. A funeral service will follow at 10 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery will occur immediately following the service.
