Rev. Stanley C. Hughes, rector of Trinity Church, officiated at the funeral, in Kay Chapel Monday of Susan E. Elliott, wife of Henry Lloyd Aspinwall. Relatives and friends were present and sent a profusion of floral offerings, which were sent with the body to the Greenwood cemetery in Brooklyn, where interment was held.

NEW YORK, Aug 26. - Announcement is made by Rev. Dr. and Mrs. Floyd W. Tomkins, of Philadelphia, of the engagement of their niece, Miss Susan Elliott Tomkins, of this city, to Henry Lloyd Aspinwall. Miss Tomkins is a daughter of the late Rev. Elliott D. Tomkins. Her uncle, the Rev. Dr. Floyd W. Tomkins, is rector of Holy Trinity Church, Philadelphia. Mr. Aspinwall's father is Rev. John A. Aspinwall, of Dupont Circle, Washington, D. C. Owing to the recent death of Miss Tomkins' mother, Miss Elliott Tomkins, which occurred April 17, just after they had returned from Europe, the wedding will be a quiet one.
